VITA Calls to 211

Due to COVID-19, all VITA walk-in locations are closed until further notice and all VITA returns will be completed virtually.  

Virtual VITA allows taxpayers to have their returns prepared safely, accurately, and remotely. There is no in-person contact; email, phone, and other electronic means are used. All tax documents are secured through encryption and confidentiality is maintained.
